Disaster Emergency Cash Program (DECP)

The Disaster Emergency Cash Plan (DECP), is a supplemental homeowners product which provides:

  • Emergency Cash - ($500 to $1,500 while customers are rebuilding up to 2 years)
  • Homeowners and Property Deductible Reimbursement - (Up to $1,00 per year)

Optional coverage also availiable for mortgages:

  • 100% of the monthly mortgage payment
  • Up to $250,00 loan balance payoff

 

Coverage is triggered based on physical damage to the home causing home to be unlivable for 48 hours
