Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (AD&D)

Designed as an addition to the member benefits package, each eligible member is mailed a personalized letter, signed by an officer of the credit union. This letter offers the member a sign of appreciation for their loyalty to the credit union, by offering a NO COST Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance policy.

The option of purchasing additional coverage for themselves and their family at attractive group rates is also made available. Benefits when additional amounts of "Member Coverage" is selected:

• Escalator Benefit 
• Hospital Stay Benefit
• Up to $500,000 for Accidental Death in Common Carrier 
• Total Disability Benefit 

Additional benefits when "Family Coverage" is selected:

• Child Care Center Benefit
• Special Education Benefit
